Timetables

Your personalised timetable will be uploaded onto MyTimetable before the start of term. You will be able to log in and access your timetable once you have activated your IT account and received your City St George's email address as part of the registration process. Once your timetable is available, you will be able to download it into your calendar and view it on your mobile device.

Timetables will be released before your classes start, so if you don't see it immeadiatly, don't worry, it will be uploaded nearer the start of term. Before then, you can view the general timetable for your course and year of study.

Your Welcome Induction timetable

As part of Welcome, your School has put together an induction timetable for you which has all the scheduled activities your School is running to help you settle in. The full schedule of activities on your induction timetable will be available from late August onwards, so if you don't see your course listed straightaway, please do check back.

If you have any queries regarding your timetables, please speak to your Course Officer in the first instance.

Disclosing disabilities and health conditions

Letting the University know about an existing health condition or disability helps us better understand your individual needs, allowing adjustments to be made to help you to thrive during your time with us.

If you are disabled or neurodivergent, or if you have a health or mental health condition, please complete an e-referral form as soon as possible to help get support in place for you early on.

When you register with Student Health & Wellbeing through the form, you might be asked for evidence of your disability or health condition. You can email this to Student Health & Wellbeing or submit it when you complete an e-referral form.

Find out more about our Student Health & Wellbeing services and how they can help on the Student Hub.
