Our Career Transformation Programme

City St George’s Career Transformation Programme is embedded across all taught, on campus master’s degrees, ensuring your studies support your future employability. Every programme is designed with career outcomes in mind, either through a dedicated career-focused module, the option to complete a live project with an employer, or alignment with professional and regulatory standards.

Please note that programmes at Bayes Business School offer dedicated, career-focused opportunities tailored to each course. You can find further details on the Bayes Business School Careers webpage.

Career Focus module

This optional 15-credit module, on non- accredited courses, strengthens professional readiness, confidence, and impact at any stage of your career. Students follow one of three flexible pathways, tailored to their goals:

  • Launching a career
  • Elevating a career
  • Pivoting to a new career

Master’s research project

Students on non-accredited MSc programmes can choose to complete a live research project with a host organisation, gaining hands-on professional experience with an employer.

Accredited and regulated courses

Courses that are accredited by external professional bodies or designed to meet specific professional standards are explicitly designed to ensure graduates have the skills, knowledge and experience for future employment in that industry. Developed and regularly reviewed in collaboration with industry, these courses equip students with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in their chosen sector.

City St George’s is one of the few universities to offer this level of integrated employability support across all postgraduate taught programmes.
