Support during Welcome

Welcome Week is a great time to settle in, meet new people and get to know more about your studies, but we know with so much going on campus can get really busy. If at any point you're not sure where to go, staff around the University are always happy to help.

  • Reception points - most buildings have a reception point, with staff who will be able to help you find your way around
  • Student Support Hub - is your go-to place for support, staffed by friendly student advisers. You can find the hub on Level 1, Drysdale Building, Clerkenwell campus
  • CityNav app and web app can help you find your way around if you're looking for a particular room.

The Students' Union is also here to help. You can drop by in person at their reception on Level 1 Walkway, University Building, or find their contact details at the bottom of the Students' Union website.
