Safety at City St George's
Stay City Safe
Your personal safety is important to us, and we aim to create an environment where everyone feels safe to thrive in their studies. To help, we have created Stay City Safe, a space for you to find resources to help you stay safe, learn what you can do if something goes wrong, how to report an incident, and where to go for support. Stay City Safe covers important topics like:
- Protecting yourself against theft
- Safe relationships
- Saftey on nights out
- Safety on campus and in the city
Stay City Safe brings together advice and support from safety experts at City St George’s and local partners including Islington Council and the Metropolitan Police.
Report + Support
City St George's Report + Support platform is where you can report issues of bullying, harassment, discrimination, domestic abuse, hate incidents and hate crime, sexual harassment or sexual violence. If you have experienced any of these things, or you are concerned about someone who has, you can report it on Report + Support.
When you make a report, you can choose whether to include your personal details, like your name. If you choose to include your personal details a member of staff will get in touch to talk about the options available to you.
In an emergency, please call UK emergency services on 999 and our Campus Security on 020 7040 3333.
You can find more information about the platform, including a video on frequently asked questions, on the Support Services page on the Student Hub.
