Your Guide to our Undergraduate Offer Holder Day

We can’t wait to welcome you to our Offer Holder Day! Our staff and current students are excited to meet you and help you make the most of your visit.

Below, you'll find all the essential details, including where to register upon arrival, the schedule and locations for subject sessions, and the best spots to explore our services or join a campus tour.

For parents attending, we also offer an optional parents’ session from 10:45 – 11:45 or 13:30-14:30 in the Oliver Thompson Lecture Theatre, running alongside the subject sessions.

Our event at glance

  • Registration point

    Our registration point will be the University Building. Upon arrival, please get ready to show your unique barcode for fast-track registration.

  • Student services

    Staff from Admissions, Accommodation, Careers, Funding, Health and Wellbeing, Global Opportunities, and CitySport are on hand in the Pavilion (University Building) to provide information about the services and support available to you. You can also meet Students' Union representatives to learn more about student life and experiences at City. For details on Library Services, visit the Library Entrance, where staff can assist you with resources and support.

  • Campus tours

    You can book a campus tour at our desk in the Pavilion (University Building). Led by our student ambassadors, these tours highlight key areas of the university, giving you an authentic insight into student life. We’re also offering Accommodation Tours for Cross Court House and Romano Court. While guests will need to make their own way there, student ambassadors will be on-site to guide you through the facilities. For Bayes students, we also provide exclusive tours of Bunhill Row.
