Our alumni are a talented group of people achieving great things working in their respective communities towards positive change.
To honour those who are making an outstanding impact, the School of Science & Technology launched the Annual Alumni Awards in two categories:
- Distinguished STEM Alumni Award for alumni who have achieved significant success within the respective STEM discipline.
- Excellence in STEM Achievement Alumni Award for alumni who have made significant progress in their careers within ten years of graduating from the School.

Awards panel discussion
Awardees engaged the ceremony attendees with the panel discussion: ‘The Human-AI Workplace of the Future: The Path to Coexistence’, considering how artificial intelligence is transforming from a passive tool into an active collaborator, supported by humans when needed, and may eventually become an autonomous member of a team.
