Commission
Commission payments are made twice a year following each main intake. The information below outlines which programmes are eligible for commission, when payments are processed, and guidance for agents representing students studying Tooting (formerly St George’s) courses.
Commission Eligibility
Please note that the University does not pay commission on the following:
- Postgraduate research degrees (PhD)
- Global Finance MSc (online) and Global MBA (online)
- All programmes taught jointly with another provider
- Short courses
- Exchange/Study Abroad programmes
- Post-application services (e.g. visa or accommodation support)
If your student is taking a pre-sessional course with INTO City St George’s, please inform us during the process.
All communications regarding commissions must be sent to international@citystgeorges.ac.uk.
Payment Timelines
January Intake
- March: We will ask agents to send their enrolment lists for January starters. The University will review the list and request an invoice.
- March - April: City St George's will arrange the payments for students.
- April - May: Agents receive payments for January intake students.
September Intake
- November: City St George's receives the final enrolment list and sends agents their individual list of enrolled students. Agents should review and confirm the list is correct by the deadlines given.
- November - December: Once lists have been agreed, City St George's will start the payment process and request an invoice from agents.
- December - February: Agents receive payments for September intake students.
💡 EU Agents:
For students receiving a Student Finance England (SFE) tuition fee loan, payments may be delayed. Information regarding the expected time of payments will be sent to you directly. If you have any question, please contact international@citystgeorges.ac.uk.
Tooting course (formerly St George's) guidance
If you represent students studying Tooting (formerly St George’s) courses, please follow the specific guidance below.
If you had a pre-merger Tooting contract:
Please send your agent list for Tooting courses and all related communications directly to Malcolm Davidson, International Recruitment Manager (Tooting courses) at mdavidso@citystgeorges.ac.uk
If you did not have a pre-merger Tooting contract:
Please send a list of Tooting (formerly St George’s) students you believe are tagged to your agency to international@citystgeorges.ac.uk.
You have two options:
- Option 1: Wait until November when you receive the Clerkenwell/Moorgate (formerly City) student list, then submit your Tooting list.
- Option 2: Send your Tooting student list in advance, before receiving your Clerkenwell/Moorgate list.
