Professor Anna Whitelock: Executive Dean, School of Communication & Creativity

Professor Anna Whitelock is a prize-winning author, historian and international media commentator on the history of modern monarchy. She is the Principal Investigator on a major Arts and Humanities Research Council project called The Visible Crown: Queen Elizabeth II in the Caribbean: 1952-present.

Professor Neil Audsley, Interim Executive Dean, School of Science & Technology

Neil Audsley

Professor Neil Audsley started his academic career at the University of York within the Department of Computer Science. He pioneered research in Real-Time Embedded Systems, notably within high performance real- time systems and predictable real-time computer and memory architectures.

Much of this research has been successfully transferred into industry, notably with BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce and a number of SMEs across Europe.

After serving as Head of Department of Computer Science at York, Professor Audsley took up the role of Deputy Dean within the School of Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering at City University.

Currently he serves as Interim Executive Dean within the School of Science & Technology at City St George’s.
