Academic support
Module Leaders – Your Module Leader is the best person to contact if you have questions about the academic content of a module. Contact details and office hours are available on the Moodle page for each module.
Personal Tutor – At the start of the year, you will be allocated a personal tutor. Your personal tutor will guide you through your programme and support your academic, personal, and professional development. They are your first point of contact for pastoral, professional, or academic concerns, and can direct you to other University support services.
Course Officers – Your Course Officer is based in the Bayes Undergraduate Course Office, E325 Drysdale Building, Northampton Square. They are your main point of contact for day-to-day matters related to your degree, such as module selection, timetabling queries, course transfers and extenuating circumstances.

Study Support
Library Support – Access guides on using the Library, conducting research, finding company or financial information, and citing or referencing. You can also book an appointment with the Bayes Subject Librarian. More information is available on the Library website.
Bayes Business School Assessments and Academic Conduct– The Moodle page contains helpful guidance on important policies you may need during your time at City St George’s, such as Academic Integrity, Extenuating Circumstances, Appeals, and Assessment & Feedback. Please note that you will only be able to access Moodle after activating your IT account as part of registration.

Bayes Business Clubs overview
Business clubs at Bayes are student organisations that provide a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and build a professional network.
Run by passionate students appointed as presidents and committee members, these clubs offer valuable insights into different industries and are a great way to enhance your academic and professional journey.

How to join and get involved
There are currently 16 Business Clubs for you to join at Bayes.
To join a club, login to the main Bayes CampusGroups hub, with your Bayes email (your @bayes.city.ac.uk email). Please note that you'll only be able to access your email address once activating your IT account as part of registration.
