MSc Real Estate
The Bayes MSc Real Estate gives you a broad, career‑ready foundation across investment, appraisal and development. You’ll gain essential expertise in real estate finance, valuation, development, market analysis and economics—alongside hands‑on training in modelling and appraisal techniques.
For those aiming at UK chartered surveying careers, the UK‑focused pathway prepares you for graduate programmes and the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence with modules in law, taxation and applied valuation. With academic theory rooted in real‑world practice, this degree sets you up for success across consultancy, development and professional practice.
MSc Real Estate Investment
If you’re preparing to build your career in real estate investment management, real estate finance or securitised real estate markets, the Bayes MSc Real Estate Investment combines the rigour of a finance degree with the practical application of financial techniques in a real estate context.
Alongside core skills in valuation, financial modelling and market analysis, you’ll dive into investment vehicles, portfolio management and international markets, understanding how real estate functions as a financial asset class. Taught by leading academics and industry professionals, this MSc equips you with the insight, techniques and global outlook needed to thrive in investment banking, asset management, private equity and beyond.
