The Bayes Full-time MBA is built around four core modules that provide a powerful foundation in business and leadership. Designed to develop your understanding of how organisations function and how to make strategic decisions, these modules combine the key areas of finance, leadership, strategy, operations, marketing, and innovation to help you lead confidently and accelerate your career progression.

The four core modules are:

Leadership, Strategy and Organisational Dynamics – focuses on core management skills including leadership, financial reporting, and strategic thinking.
Global Economy and Investments – develops your ability to analyse global markets, apply data insights, and make sound financial decisions.
Operational Excellence and Marketing – builds practical expertise in managing people, processes, and marketing strategies across industries.
Sustainable Corporate Innovation and Finance – explores responsible business practices, corporate finance, and the impact of digital innovation.

Each module blends academic theory with real-world application, helping you build the critical, analytical, and practical skills you need to succeed across industries and borders. Career Impact, Employability and Professional Development

The Career Impact and Employability module is designed to help you take control of your professional development and long-term career goals. Through personalised coaching, self-reflection, and structured career planning, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, interests, and unique value and learn how to communicate that effectively in competitive job markets.

Throughout the module, you’ll build in-demand skills such as personal branding, leadership, collaboration, and effective networking, while also developing mental toughness and agility. You’ll explore leadership styles, learn how to inspire followership, and strengthen your communication under pressure, preparing you to lead confidently in any environment.

You’ll also take part in a dedicated Professional Development Week, designed as an immersive experience focused on learning through direct action and reflection. Held off campus, this week moves you away from traditional work and study environments to explore personal growth in new contexts. You’ll engage in practical activities and thought-provoking ‘learning metaphors’ that serve as a foundation for feedback and discussion with trained facilitators and your peers.

International Consultancy Week

The International Consultancy Week gives you the chance to work on a live business challenge for a company abroad, from start-ups to large organisations in countries like Ireland, Iceland, and Poland. You'll spend one week on-site collaborating with the business, followed by four weeks to develop and present your recommendations.

This experience allows you to apply your learning to real-world problems across areas like strategy, marketing, HR, finance, or operations while gaining insight into new markets, working in a different culture, and strengthening your skills as a consultant, leader, and team player.

Projects

As part of the Full-time MBA, you will take on two major projects designed to apply your learning in real business contexts: the Strategy Project and the Business Integration Project.

The Strategy Project is a three-month team consultancy assignment with a company operating in the UK. Acting as directors, senior managers, and consultants, you will analyse a live strategic challenge such as international expansion or digital transformation and present practical recommendations directly to the client. You will draw on core MBA learnings and your professional experience to develop solutions. Past student projects have included market sizing, competitive analysis, growth strategy, and presenting to C-suite executives.

The Business Integration Project is an individual, self-directed research project that lets you explore a business issue or opportunity, often within a company of your choice. With guidance from a Bayes academic advisor, you will examine a multi-disciplinary topic that brings together at least two areas of your MBA learning. Whether you are developing a business plan, conducting consultancy or desk research, or building a sector case study, this project allows you to demonstrate your analytical ability and apply your MBA in a professional context.

Electives

Bayes offers a flexible and tailored approach to learning, giving you the freedom to align your studies with your career goals. You can choose from a broad range of elective modules that cover emerging trends, specialist topics, and critical business disciplines or focus on building expertise in a particular area.

You also have the opportunity to take multiple international electives, gaining first-hand experience of how business is shaped by different cultures, economies, and regulatory environments.

From Seoul to Dubai to Silicon Valley to Reykjavik, these international electives offer valuable insights and real-world context beyond the classroom helping you think differently, lead globally, and make smarter business decisions wherever your career takes you.

From stage fright to spotlight

It’s been a bit of a whirlwind since I finished my MBA. My career trajectory has gone faster than I expected it to, and I don’t think I would have been able to do it without my time at Bayes. Public speaking has been a game-changer in my career. Before the MBA, I’d never had the opportunity to present regularly, but during the programme, I was presenting every week. Over time, the nerves faded, and I built real confidence. That experience has made a huge difference in my professional life and I now speak to rooms of 50 to 100 people almost weekly, something I never imagined I’d be comfortable doing. Speaking publicly has also helped me build my network and raise my profile. I’m out there representing Sobha, bringing in new business, and developing my personal brand in the process. I’ve even been invited on podcasts with major multinational real estate firms. These are opportunities that have come my way thanks to the visibility and confidence I gained through the MBA.

Learning to lead across borders

Studying in London gave me the international experience I was looking for. With classmates from 26 different countries, the Full-time MBA at Bayes exposed me to a wide range of cultures and perspectives. London itself is incredibly diverse and vibrant—there’s always something to explore, and it felt like the perfect place to prepare for a global career. Some of my favourite modules were operations, organisational behaviour, strategy, and finance. Finance was a weakness for me going in, but the MBA really helped build my confidence. I can now assess if a business is healthy and make more strategic decisions—skills I knew I’d need as I moved into leadership. In my new role, I’m responsible for harmonising the Eurostar and Thalys services post-merger, working across teams in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. The MBA prepared me to manage cultural differences, lead through change, and deal with uncertainty. What we studied in class now shows up in my work every day.
